Ran institutional spot and perpetual futures flow across Binance, Bybit, OKX, and Gate — eight figures of aggregate notional, on tickets between five and seven figures. The large ones went through TWAP, VWAP, and low-impact algorithms rather than across the spread.

Covered 20+ institutional accounts and ran post-trade myself: settlement and reconciliation across both centralised venues and on-chain. No settlement failures.

Wrote the desk's daily brief — macro, derivatives positioning, ETF flows, on-chain activity — and flagged short-squeeze setups ahead of the move by tracking funding crowding, on-chain flows, and float concentration.

Specced and built the desk's internal tooling, including a cross-exchange manipulation scanner and a market-signal monitor. Working from the desk's own workflow rather than a product brief, each went from requirement to working prototype in days.

The desk was restructured in May 2026 for regulatory reasons.

Built a loyalty programme, a promotions system, and an AI helpdesk chatbot for the ridesharing and mobile apps, serving 500+ users. Oyika runs battery-swap infrastructure for electric two-wheelers in Southeast Asia.

BeTo

A dating app that introduces strangers through mutual friends, so the social graph does the filtering. Building it with two co-founders in React Native and Node; product direction, most of the implementation, and go-to-market are mine.

CoilScanner

Scans for tokens likely to be squeezed before the move, with tiered alerting. Measures open-interest velocity, funding extremity, venue concentration, on-chain enrichment, and listing-risk signals.
